Christophe Adam’s concept store on Rue Pavée in Paris is famous for éclairs that are visually stunning with bright colors and delicious toppings.  With so many amazing flavors like caramel and salted butter, vanilla pecan, and pistachio strawberry, we really hope these make their way to Montreal soon!
