These low-carb rosemary and parmesan crackers are so easy to make, it takes only minutes to put these together and have a delicious homemade cracker. Perfect for a wine and cheese evening.
Low carb rosemary and parmesan crackers
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Place all ingredients in a food processor with the blade attachment and process until dough comes together, about 3 minutes.
Place dough in between 2 sheets of parchment and roll out with a rolling pin.
Using a round cookie cutter, shape crackers and move to a baking sheet covered in parchment with the help of an offset spatula.
Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until edges start to turn golden.
Place on a cooling rack.
