Gluten free rosemary crackers

Low carb rosemary and parmesan crackers

Low carb rosemary crackers. Makes about 25 crackers.


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor with the blade attachment and process until dough comes together, about 3 minutes.
  3. Place dough in between 2 sheets of parchment and roll out with a rolling pin.
  4. Using a round cookie cutter, shape crackers and move to a baking sheet covered in parchment with the help of an offset spatula.
  5. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until edges start to turn golden.
  6. Place on a cooling rack.
